Troubleshooting

  • Open or CloseCannot pair to the toy with a device

    Make sure the toy is in pairing Mode and the device’s Bluetooth functionality is turned On. When pairing, select ‘Avanti Toys’ in the list of Bluetooth devices. After the pairing, you should hear a audio prompt indicating pairing completed.

  • Open or CloseI am unable to connect to a device

    If the toy was never paired with a device, please pair the toy with the device using pairing instructions provided. If the toy is already paired with the device and you are having issues connecting with it

    Please try the following

    • Check the toy is powered ON and the device's Bluetooth is enabled.
    • Check the range between the toy and the device. Walls, RF, microwave signals and construction materials can affect reception at times.
    • Check the LED status and if it is BLUE, it means the toy is already connected with a previously paired device which is closer to the toy compared to your device.Turn off the Bluetooth from other devices and try to connect it again. This could happen when more than one device is paired with the toy and when the toy is powered on it would look for the closest device to connect to.
  • Open or CloseI am unable to connect with a previously paired device

    Please try the following,

    • Check the toy is powered ON and the device Bluetooth is enabled.

  • Open or CloseIntermittent device to toy connectivity

    Check the range between the toy and the device. Walls, RF, microwave signals and construction materials can affect reception at times.

  • Open or CloseReceiving static noise on toy Audio

    Wireless devices may be susceptible to interference, which could affect performance. Make sure there is a direct line of contact between the toy and your device. Walls, buildings and other sources would impact the Bluetooth signal.

  • Open or CloseNo Response when the toy is Powered ON

    Make sure the battery is fully charged. Charge the battery using the USB port and try it again. If problem persists, please contact our support team for more help.

  • Open or CloseI cannot hear or play music in the toy

    Please check the following,

    • Confirm that the toy is paired and connected with a device where the music is originated. If the device is a laptop or computer ensure that Avanti Toys is selected as an audio source
    • Make sure the device supports A2DP protocol and the audio is not muted.
    • Try to increase the volume at the device and also using the volume control on the toy
  • Open or CloseLong BEEP noise from the toy

    Long BEEP indicates thats the battery is losing power and needs to be charged. Please charge the toy and the BEEP will go away.
